2010 Winter Olympics
The 2010 Winter Olympic Games took place in the Canadian province of British Columbia, at venues in the city of Vancouver and the mountain resort of Whistler. The opening ceremony took place on February 12, 2010 adn the closing ceremony took place on February 28, 2010. Both ceremonies were held inside the BC Place Stadium. 1988 Winter Olympics
The 1988 Winter Olympic Games took place in the Canadian province of Alberta, at venues in the city of Calgary. The opening ceremony took place on February 13, 1988 and the closing ceremony took place on February 28, 1988. Both ceremonies here held a Calgary's McMahon Stadium.

1976 Summer Olympics
The 1976 Summer Olympic Games were awarded to the city of Montreal in the province of Quebec. Event venues included sports facilities in Montreal Olympic Park and other venues in Montreal, other parts of Quebec, and a few venues in the province of Ontario. The opening ceremony took place on July 17, 1976 and the closing ceremony took place on August 1, 1976.
